Verify status at source

An active record confirms the published status and scope at the stated time of verification. Suspended, withdrawn and expired records must not be represented as currently valid.

Certification is limited to the named subject, holder, scheme, scope and validity period. Where product identity, variant, market or claim is uncertain, rely on the full record rather than a mark or statement shown elsewhere.

Absence of a matching active record means that current WNA certification or mark-licence status has not been verified from the information entered.

Concerns about unauthorised mark use, altered certificates, misleading scope or a discrepancy with a published record should be submitted through the official contact route with the relevant reference and source.

Do not send confidential certification evidence through the public form. A controlled route is provided if supporting material is required.
