Applicants demonstrate the knowledge, judgement, communication and professional capabilities defined for the designation.
Declaration, references and suitability review support confidence in ethical and professional standing.
Continuing status
Registered professionals confirm current information, practice scope, continuing compliance and material changes.
Learning and reflective practice are maintained in proportion to role, responsibility and professional needs.
Selected records or registrants may be reviewed to confirm compliance and continuing competence.
Where published, the register identifies the authorised designation, status and any material limitation.
Interpretation
Professional recognition is limited to the designation, status and scope identified by the Association. It does not create a statutory licence, override jurisdictional restrictions or authorise practice outside an individual’s competence.
Employers, clients and the public should verify current status through the Association’s authoritative register and consider the professional’s specific qualifications, experience and legal scope of practice.
