Submission guidance
Do not include passwords, payment-card data, clinical records, special-category personal information or confidential certification evidence in an initial enquiry. An appropriate controlled route is provided if further material is required.
Certification, membership, mark licensing or professional status arises only from an authorised decision under the applicable programme. An enquiry or acknowledgement is not evidence of approval.
