- Programme decisions are made through authorised scientific or professional governance.
- Speakers and contributors are selected for relevance and competence and disclose material interests.
- Sponsorship terms do not confer control over conclusions, standards, certification or official positions.
- Commercial exhibits and promotional activity are clearly distinguishable from the scientific programme.
- Attendance or sponsorship does not constitute Association endorsement or certification.
Participation
Terms apply to every role
Registration, speaking, exhibiting, sponsorship, media access and invited participation are governed by the terms applicable to the event and role. The Association may refuse or withdraw participation where necessary to protect safety, legality, conduct or programme integrity.
Certificates of attendance record eligible participation only. They do not confer professional status or verified competence unless the event documentation expressly states an assessed outcome.
